plasma pheresis or plasma exchange daily is first line until better
no platelets transfusion!! if delay in plasma pheresis-- do FFP add steroids if etiology is NOT to drug induced and / or TTp recurs despite plasma exchange recurrent or refractory PPT-HUS- plasma exchange 2 times daily+cyclosporine or rituximab |
