2) Prime with 2-4 sprays before first use and if unused for ~3 days. 3) Breathe out gently (but not fully, and do not breathe into the inhaler) 4) Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it. After starting to breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth, press the inhaler firmly and continue to breathe in 5) Hold breathe for 10 seconds, or as long as its comfortable, then breathe out slowly. 6) Replace the cover on mouth piece |
