R. Descartes

J. Locke

Locke was an english philosopher who was famous for posing the question of how humans know anything. He stated that humans come into the world knowing nothing and through natural operation in which we gain knowledge through sense and experiences.

J.B Watson

Watson was the most famous psycologist in America. He was famous for shifting the focus from the mind of humans to the behavior of humans. This was important because it meant that they could actually experiment with behaviors and make connections about the mind.

B.F Skinner

Walden Two

Skinner was one of Americas most famous behavioral physcologists. He created the Skinner box which is just a box with a button that dispenses food. Placing an animal in the box, it eventually realizes that if you push the button food will be dispensed. He calls this phenomenon of providing a reward operant conditioning. He publishes the Walden Two which describes a future society that is designed around all that was learned from behavioral psychology.
