Ethical issues that concerned you before research

Not all ps took the task seriously - some ps may have been influence by friends or felt self-conscious

The experiment conducted in controlled conditions and it could be argued that generalising results to other more natural environment may be difficult

The study could lack ecological validity

What did you do to deal with these ethical issues

Name of the p was not included nor any paper work associated with data collected nor the official log book used to record the results of the investigation

The p was fully debriefed and informed of the true aims of the investigation and no deception was involved

Two ways to improve your research

A larger number of ps could have been recruited to increase generalise to a wider population

Use a wider selected sampling technique. This could potentially see if perception worked on different age groups and see if it equally affected them by context (label)
