Deficits of personality and emotion. Impaired emotion: innapropriate affect, impaired perception of affect, expression of affect, usually experience of affect ok. Also have 4 A's: affective blunting, poor associations, autism, ambivalence

Impaired behavior: bizarre, exagerrated mannerisms, stereotyped movements (repetitive, meaningless), posturing, catatonia.
