what is aggression?

aggression is a form of antisocial behavior; generally considered to be a behavior that harms, or intends to harm, someone or something

what is the Frustration-aggression hypothesis?

the idea that we become aggressive when we are frustrated by being blocked from our goals

what is sublimation?

a way of letting off aggression by redirecting them to other, safer activities, such as playing sport.
