How psychologists can predict when an individual will experience flow |
Psychologists can measure the amount of challenges a person experience at the moment and the amount of skill they feel they have at the moment. An average set point can be established for a person, and if psychologists want to know what that set point is, they can predict when a person will be in flow, which is challenges and skills higher than average. |
