Classic ADD
the "bouncy" type. They fidget, squirm, chatter, talk loudly, can't sit still, are impulsive and they don't think before they act
Innatentive ADD
"Space cadet", easily distracted, disorganized, low energy level, easily bored, short attention spans, daydreams often, head in the clouds
Overfocused ADD
Worries excessively (even over unimportant matters), oppositional, arguementative, compulsive, has difficulty shifting from one activity to the next, always wants their way, is rigid and uncompromising, inflexible
Temporal Lobe ADD
has ADHD coupled with anxiety. They are easily irriatated or frustrated, aggressive, dark moods, significant mood swings, impulsivity, prone to fights and acts of violence, defiant toward authority figures, learning problems and bad handwritting common
Limbic ADD
has ADD symptoms and has depression symptoms like low energy, feelings of helplessness or hopelessness, worthlessness and negativity, chronic sadness
Ring of Fire ADD
is a melting pot of the other five types
Truama induced ADD
can be any or all of the previously mentioned types. Everything is normal until a severe head trauma

The ability to focus on one auditory message and ignore others, also refers to the tendency to notice when your name suddenly appears in a message that you have been ignoring
