Project Management Process Interaction |
The Initiating PG loses momentum once the Planning PG begins. The Planning starts at the beginning of the project and accelerate once Initiating start winding down. The Executing PG starts slowly and overlaps all the other PG. The M&C PG takes place throughout the project life cycle and peaks in the middle of the project. The Closing PG peaks as the M&C PG and the Planning PG ends. |
