What is rule of strict liability of products?
§402 Strict Liability in Products

1. one who sells a product in a defective condition unreasonably dangerous to the user or consumer or for his property is subject to liability for any injury that the product causes to the ultimate user or consumer if:
a) the seller is engaged in the business of selling such a product, and
b) it is expected and does reach the user of consumer without substantial change in the condition in which it was sold.

2. The rule applies even though:
a) seller has exercised all possible care in the preparation and sale of his product, and
b) the user/consumer has not bought the product from the seller or entered into a contractual relation with the seller.
