Corporal Commander

The corporal commander holds the highest position of the group. He is responsible for the management of all of the organization’s functions in all aspects within the organization and outside to the society.

Deputy Corporal Commander

The deputy corporal commander is responsible in ensuring that the organization’s objectives, policies, and operational directives are effectively executed within their group.

Adjutant

The adjutant is the information barker in the organization. He shoulders the prime duty of maintaining the smooth flow of data or information within the organization. He is the group’s second-in-command.

Staff 1

The Staff 1 is the personnel officer who is in charge of policy implementation, performance monitoring, disciplinary procedures, and absence management. The S1 is also the right hand of the corps commander.

Staff 2

The Staff 2 heads the intelligence unit of organization, vested by the duty of seeking and keeping confidential data. He safeguards highly classified material and evaluates information that helps ensure the proper flow of the organization.

Staff 3

The Staff 3 prepares operation orders, training schedules, and memoranda to facilitate and supervise battalion training and operations, and tallies the merits (added points) and demerits (subtracted points) of the members of the group.

Staff 4

The Staff 4 is the primary staff officer who coordinates, distributes, and controls the armories used in training. He conducts inventories and maintains continuous knowledge of on-hand equipment within the organization.

Staff 5

The Staff 5 serves as the bridge of contact for the organization between its insiders and its outsiders. He is the civil military operations officer who communicates with the people not part of the group in order to find out about the activities that must be done and what the organization can do to help.

Staff 6

The Staff 6 is titled as the plans and programs officer who identifies all imperative tasks and/or activities and schedules them according to appropriate arrangement. He ensures that the body is doing its job according to proper order.

Staff 7

The Staff 7 is in charge of the storage of records. Essentially, his role centers upon being caught up on all of the data regarding the organization. He is the attendance monitor, event coordinator, and record keeper of the organization.

Company Commander

Their responsibility is to pass on orders coming from the upper echelons to the privates of their designated company.

Platoon Leader

They perform as assistants to the company commanders.

Provost Martials

They act as the implements of discipline among the members of the organization.

Medics

Their duty is to safeguard the members of the organization against threats/hazards to health.

Special Unit

They act as versatile officers who can deliver any task given to them promptly and without complain. They also act as assistants to the medics.
