Politics always have conflict. All citixens do not think alike which causes conflict.
Free Market
describes a market without economic intervention and regulation by the government. Ex. The seller has the right to sell whatever he or she wants and consumer has the right to buy whatever he/she wants.
What is an example of a tradeoff?
Pay for soldiers for war in iraq and at the same time trying to fund for social welfare.
Zero sum policy
One person wins and one person in return loses.
How are political institutions endogenous?
There is a situation where the people participation in the constituion are writing the rules.
Tolitarian Government
Have no opposition to the people in power.
Authoritarian Government
People have atleast little say in what government does.

Have limits on what they can do and how they can do it.
