How does it happen

Fertilisation happens after pollination. Pollen cells carry genetic, information from the male part of the plant. The egg, which is found in the ovary, contains genetic information of the female part of the plant. The nuclei of the pollen cell and the egg cell each have only half the information contained in an ordinary cell. When they join, the new cell joins (zygote) has a full set of information.

How does the pollen nucleus reach the egg inside the ovary?
