Myasthenia gravis
Autoimmune disease where body makes antibodies to ACh receptor. Symptoms include muscle weakness and fragility because reduced number of ACh receptors on muscle end plate. The size of the EPP is reduced and it's more difficult to generate APs. Treatment with acetylcholinesterase inhibitors to prevent degradation of ACh and prolong action of ACh at motor end plate
