Contraindicated for patients with a peptic ulcer disease, urinary tract obstruction or weakness of bladder wall, intestinal obstruction, coronary insufficiency, hypotension, asthma, and hyperthyroidism.

Bethanechol

Use with caution in patients with a history of depression and in those taking calcium channel blockers.

You must be careful using this drug in patients with Myasthenia Gravis and those with electrolyte disturbances.
