* Amblyopia treatment
* Anterior Uveitis
* Decreases secretions pre-operatively
* treatment of GI spasms, symptomatic bradycardia
* Treatment of overdose of cholinergic stimulants

ADEs
* excessive mydriasis, cycloplegia, facial flushing, xerostomia, confusion, urinary retention, tachycardia

Eye effects: contraindicated in narrow angle glaucoma
Scopolamine
