What are the rules re: preparing ACCIDENT INFO EXCHANGE/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FOUND PROPERTY?
-operator will prepare if able
-another particiapnt/owner of vehicle must prepare if operator unable
-if no one else is available then UMOS on scene will prepare
UMos will attempt to identify passengers how?
through documanetation (photo ID if possible). If unable to do so note on PAR.
Where will UMOS obtain VIN?
He will enter it where?
-from the dashboard and door
- list VIN in the "Accident description/Officer's NOtes" caption on the PAR
Re: airbags and PAR's?
If injury is involved, include statement on PAR as to whether airbay inflated and deployed if applicable.
When will UMOS prepare a TRUCK AND BUS SUPPLEMENTAL PAR?
if at least one vehicle involved is a qualifying vehicle and:
-at least on eperson killed
-at least one person injured severely enoughto require transportation from the scene for immediate medical attention
-at least one veh needed intervening assistance due to an event which required that the vehicle be moved, uprighted, or otherwise assisted by emergency equipment (other than for a flat tire)

A TRUCK AND BUS SUPLLEMENTAK (MV 104S) must be prepared for each qualifying vehicle.

So a school bus (seating for 15 or more passengers) hits a truck w/ haz mat placard and kills a driver do 2 TRUCK AND BUS SUPPLEMENTALS.
