1. Antibiotic solution (1gram vancomycin and 80mg gentamicin in 1 liter of normal saline)
2. one half strength hydrogen peroxide
3. one half strength betadine
4. pressure washing with 1gram vancomycin and 80mg gentamicin in 5 Liter irrigation bag
5. one half strength betadine
6. one half strength hydrogen peroxide
7. antibiotic solution.

go in the order as listed above doing half of each quantity and then going back and doing half again.
