What causes bracial plexus injury?
- difficult vaginal delivery
- the resulting traction injures cranial nerves
What are outcomes of a brachial plexus injury?
- fraction of clavicle or humerus or sublux

- damage to C5-6/upper plexus = Erb's (waiters tip)
- damage to C7-8/T1/lower plexus = Klumpkes (wrist and hand affected, rare)
