Hx or light skin and significat sun exposure, usu on face, nek or other sun exposed areas, looks falt erythematous lesion ranging from 3-10mm and may be verrucous(warty lesion)

onset of Sx during infancy , generized skin dryness, itching, linesand folds due to edema below eyes , usually found on skin creaes, cheeks, forehead, scalp , extensor surfaces of lower legs, and spares te nose the diaper area and the nasolabial folds and pero-oral arreas. in children and adults it also includes the neck , peri-orbital , and buttock-thigh skincreases.
