Bite cell
G6PD deficiency
Elliptocyte
Hereditary elliptocytosis
Macro-ovalocyte

Heinz Bodies
Seen in G6PD deficiency; Heinz body-like inclusions seen in alpha-thalasemia.

Oxidationn of iron from ferrous to ferric form leads to denatured hemoglobin precipitation and damaged to RBC membrane- formation of bite cells.
Howell-Jolly bodies
