Erythromycin and ketoconazole increase the plasma levels of fexofenadine two- to threefold without influencing the QT interval.
Antacids containing aluminium or magnesium reduce the absorption of fexofenadine. Grapefruit juices can significantly reduce plasma concentration of fexofenadine. |
