What Responsibilities does this occupation involve?A camp director is the head leader/administrator of recreational camp programs .They plan out the events, and sometimes take part in them. Camp directors are also in charge of the other employees, so they must judge the quality of their work and help improve it to reach his standards.

The responsibilities of being a camp director are


,lay out camp goals ,oversee the safety of all others ,promote the camp in forms of media and events or the promotional activities,


Conduct the training of all staff before their given event


Prepare and create a crisis procedure.


Plan out specific plans for the staff to follow.
