This allows Individual to give direct instruction to caregiver. Daily Tasks: assistive technology allows for independence in page turning, telephone, operating lights and appliances with ECU. Mobility: can operate an electric wheelchair by using a head control, mouth stick or chin control. A power tilt wheel chair is there for independent pressure relief. |

Daily Tasks: independence in eating, drinking, face washing, face shaving and hair care after assistance in set up of equip. Health Care: can manage own health by doing self-assist coughs and pressure reliefs by leaning forward or side to side. Mobility: May have strength to push a manual wheelchair for short distance over smooth surfaces. A power wc with hand controls is typical for daily use. Driving may be possible with hand controls. |
