Lachmann's Test (Drawer Sign)

Used to evaluate (anterior or posterior meniscus) for cruciate ligament tear😣

Flex knee at 20-30 degrees then grasp leg with one hand with anterior force to proximal tibia while opposite hand on thigh. Joint laxity is positive.

Finklestein Test

Used to assess for diagnose Quervain's Tenosynovitis

The patient makes a fist with thumb inside and the provider flexes the wrist to check for pain of the tendon of the thumb side

McMurray's Test

Test used to check for (medial) meniscus injury (click noted)😲

Raise the knee slowly with one foot externally rotated. Providers hand rest on the joint line.
