What are the 3 requirements that must be met prior to polishing?
1) Amalgam must be set for at least 24 hrs
2) Basic anatomy should be carved
3) Good occlusion - no hyper, should be on sound tooth structure if possible, no marginal ridge contact, cusp/fossa relationship, marginal ridge contour should be anatomically correct
