Cement/resin placed over dentin, under restorative material. Ex: vitrebond, use in incremental thickness of 0.5 mm or less. It's fragile, so bulk mix = fracturing.

What is GLUMA and how is it beneficial?
Adhesive sealer, beneficial b/c it's a rewetting agent for dentin, decreases incidence of post-op discomfort by 90%. Especially good because it's a *flocculating agent* - flocs (calcification) from plasma proteins plug up dentinal tubules, don't allow water to come up through dentinal tubules, reducing post-op sensitivity. Good for class I, II, III.
