What to watch for:
1) Dry mucous membranes become moist again

2) Tenting of skin becomes normal

3) Watch for overload with edema: LEGS / LUNGS
Hypercalcemia: STAGING
Mild: 10.5 - 11.9 mg/dL
Moderate: 12.0 - 13.9
Severe: 14.0 or greater

Anemia Therapy
Epogen for Hb <= 10

150U/kg IV/SC 3x/wk up to 8 weeks

Maint: up to 300U/kg 3x/wk

Fe 325 qd for epogen to work better
