Superiority - plus que
Mon ordinateur est plus performant que le tien.
My computer is more powerful than yours.
If "plus" or "moins" is followed by and adjective, do not use "de". |

Equality - aussi que
Mon ordinateur est aussi perfomant que le tien.
My computer is as powerful as yours. |
Inferiority - moins que
L'écran de mon ordinateur est moins grand que le tien. My computer screen is smaller than yours.

The superlative of superiority
L'adjoint administatif a commandé l'imprimante la plus récente sur le marché.
The administrative assistant ordered the newest printer on the market. |

The superlative inferority
L'adjoint admin. a commandé l'imprimante la moins chère.
The admin assistant ordered the cheapest chair.
L'adjoint admin a commandé les imprimantes la moins chères.

The superlative goes with the adjective, so if the adjective is before the noun, the superlative must go before the noun as well.
