Purpose of odphi |

7.PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS- solve problems creatively, efficiently, and with consistent high quality solutions.
8.CONFRONTATION/CONFLICT HANDLING SKILLS- we dont all get along. Having, expressing, and dealing with varying PM will lead to building unity & creating higher quality results.
9.ASSESSMENT/ACTION- excellent teams always monitor their progress against standards to guard against drifting off target, also reflect on progress towards the PM goals.
10.CELEBRATION- an excellent team will have plenty to celebrate. A united group knows how to reward/recognize itself. |

Originally hispanic founded, but never ment to exclude others to join. Was founded to be a service fraternity that primarily focused on the Hispanic community, since there wasnt a specific organization in lubbock that specifically focused on this group. |
