50%= 2dary to trauma usually post mand of old ppl Rx= scalloping between the roots of adjacent teeth. Instruments often "fall into a black hole" of the TBC upon biopsy!! Tx- reestablish bleeding to stimlate bone repair-- Often occurs simply upon biopsy! |
