Describe the life of a Puritan child:
As a Puritan child you would dress as a miniature adult, and were treated like one too. On the Sabbath, there was no running or jumping otherwise the punishment is spanking. There was no disrespect or laziness. At the age of 14, you would be sent away to live with a relative- so as not to be spoiled. Meanwhile, you were an apprentice . You were taught to read and write. As a girl, you learned to cook, sew, handle children, and make soap and candles. As a boy, you would be taught how to plant a farm, and care for livestock.
