What is SVE?
motor to voluntary skeletal muscles (special b/c derived from branchial arches) (visceral b/c started out in pharynx)

a small vessel compressing the nerves

viscera of neck, th, abdomen (from inferior ganglion to NTS)

skin of external acoustic meatus (superior ganglion to nucleus of V)

soft palate and pharynx by joining CN X fibers (Nucleus Ambiguus)

SCM and Trapezius. Originates in ant. Horn C1-5.

tongue muscle, C1&C2 motor fibers and C2 sensory fibers
