Midbrain infarction resulting from occlusion of the paramedian branches of the POSTERIOR CEREBRAL ARTERY
Cerebral peduncle lesion - contralateral spastic paralysis
Occulomotor nerve palsy - ipsilateral ptsosis, pupillary dilation, and lateral strabismus (EYE LOOKS DOWN AND OUT)
