Negotiation
is the process involving two or more people or groups who hold different positions,
interests, goals, values, or beliefs yet wish to reach an agreement.
Conflict Management
Conflict results from incompatible differences between parties that produce interference or opposition. To successfully manage conflict, we must first understand the sources of conflict. Conflict can be either constructive or destructive.

Worldview originates from our culture or ancestry and shapes who we are and
the values we hold most high. These values change across cultures and how our
culture relates to the world around us. Some of the values that vary across
