Avoid citrus foods, check bleeding and ears, do not give to kids.

Tylenol

Toxic signs: dehydration, N/V. Do not give with lasix. Watch for Pt with stomach cage and not drinking. below therapeutic level you will see mania.

Watch for tar dive dyskinesia and infection. Must use sunscreen. Check WBC can give up to 100mg/day

Clozapine/clozaril

Check lab and agrandulosytosis. Watch for infection.

Work: decreases circulating colume, will have low specific gravity. DONT GIVE WITH BUMEX or with ICP or Glaucoma.

Mannitol

Use: ICP and glaucoma pt.



Pt. LOC will improve and vitals will return to normal

outcome--pt has decrease SOB and color is better

Take at same time every day. Can take with or without food. 24hr insulin. Do not mix with regular insulin or any other insulin.

Vitamin

Vitamin K- given IM to babies. don't give with coumadin. Give IM, IV will cause shock



Niacin- Take after food to reduce flushing



Vit. B6- given to TB pt to decrease neuritis when taking INH. DONT use with levodopa
