PHARMACOLOGY
-heart-↑HR
-exocrine glands: ↓secretion salivary, bronchiole, sweat glands. ↓acid secretion stomach.
-smooth muscle: bronchodilation, & ↓urinary & GI tone. No effects on vessels.
-eye: mydriasis & accomm for far vision
-CNS- excitation, delirium & hallucinations

PEDS PRE INTUBATION: 0.02mg/kg IV, min 0.1mg, max 0.5mg

CARDIAC ARREST: 1mg IVP q3-5m (max 0.04 mg/kg or 3 mg total) GO WITH LOWEST

BRADYCARDIA/AV BLOCK: 0.5-1mg IVP q3-5m (max 0.04 mg/kg or 3 mg total)

ORGANOPHOSPHATE: 2mg IVP q5 until reversal of SLUDGE VS ↑
