Kronos had heard of a prophecy that his mother told him that one day one of his children will over thrown him and become the new ruler. However, Krono always belived he could change his fate to never have any kids, but Kronos ended up marriying a woman named Rhea and had 6 children and ended up eating 5 of his children.The sixth child Zeus however was hidden by his monther Rhea so that when he is old enough he could over thown his father which he did causing Kronos to lose his powers. |

After Zeus freed his brothers and sisters from his father Kronos, Zeus and his siblings spent over 10 years fighting their father Kronos and their uncles the powerful titans.Zeus went down to tarturus to free the monsters and cyclopes and asked them for help in order to defeat Kronos, they agreed and gave Zeus a gift of lightning and thunder giving him the abilty to fire lightning bolts, with his new powers he was able to win the war with his siblings, the monsters and the cyclopes.Zeus later became the ruler of all gods. |

Prometheus is brother to Epimetheus and cousin to Zeus.Prometheus created all living things and his brother Emipetheus gave them all characteristics all except for man.Prometheus then asked Zeus' son Hephaestus to have a gift for man, he gave him fire.Prometheus then was very worried that man will give the gods a very great sacracfies will they wont have anything to eat.Prometheus the made a pan to trick Zeus into getting the bad choice of a sacrifice, his plan succeded but Zeus was very very mad about his trickery, he banished Prometheus far from home but before he did Prometheus told Zeus about the Prophecy that he will be overed thrown by his son.He was then later locked up on a mountain with the temperature is very hot during the day and extremly cold in the night. |

Pandora |
Zeus had given orders to Hephaestus in order to create a woman so that he can use her to punish man.Hephaestus created the mortal woman and named her Pandora, Hephaestus gave her a golden crown, Graces gave her many golden necklaces, Seasons gave her a spring flower, and finally Athena gave her love and desire not to mention the source of sorrow to man.Finally, the last gift Pandora received was a sealed jar from Zeus.When Pandora arrived on earth, Epimetheus immediately fell in love with her and married her. Later was curios to know what was inside the jar, she opened it and released thousands of sorrows and sicknesses, however one spirit it never made it out of the jar, that spirit was hope. |

Demeter |
Demeter was the goddess of corn,she was married to Zeus and had a daughter named Persephone.Persephone was in charge of the flowers, one day she saw a bush she didnt like and pulled it out of the ground,then out of nowhere Hades appeared and took Persephone to Tarturus.Demeter was very sad that she lost her daughter and started to cry then a little boy saw her crying and laughed at her.The boy was later turned into a lizard and eaten by a hawk.Demeter wants her duaghter back so she goes to her husband Zeus and asks for help.Zeus doesn't really help her so in return so she makes sure no crops grow.Zeus later telles Demeter that she can have her daughter back if she hasnt eaten anything.News of Persephone eating six seeds of a forbbiden fruit,Dememter can have her but only for half the year while Hades will half her for the rest of the year. |

Psyche and Eros |
Psyche is the youngest daughter of a King and Queen,she is the love of Cupid.However Aphrodite grew very jealous of Psyche because her followers started to worship Psyche because she was more beautiful,Aphrodite orders Cupid (Eros) to punish Psyche by having her fall in love with the ugliest thing alive.Cupid (Eros) got distracted by Psyche's beauty and uses his arrows on himself making him fall in love with her.Psyche also falls in love with Cupid (Eros) but Aphrodite has Psyche complete challenges in order to be worthy for Cupid (Eros).She does prove her worthiness to her and Zeus gives Psyche an ambrose so she can be immortal. |

Daedalus |
Daedalus is Athena's favroite mortal,he was among all men for his craftsmenship, however he had grew jealous of his nephew Perdix because he saw that he was becoming a better craftsman than himself.One night Perdix noticed a how fish bones could cut throught things so he invented a saw from the bones.Athena wanted to see this new invention,however Daedalus killed his newphew and took all the credit for the invention.Athena got very mad at Daedalus but he oved to Crete to get away from Athena.At Crete, Daedalus became great friends with the King of Crete Minos, however King Minos's wife Pasiphae told Daedalus a dark seceret,she was in love with her Husband's Bull.Pasiphae had gotten orwganut by the bull,her child was half man half bull (minotaur).The King was shocked and banished his with and Daedalus to Labyrinth.Daedalus' son Icarus didnt wanted to be away from his father so he too was banished to the Labyrinth.Daedalus made wing from himself and Icarus so they cpuld escape however Icarus didn't listen to his fathers warnings and he fell deep into the ocean never to be seen again. |

Narcissus and Echo |
Echo had a beautiful voice and everyone around would love to hear her sing or tell stories all day as long as they got to hear her beautiful voice.Aphrodite liked Echo because she was her favorite nymph.Aphrodite promised Echo that she would make anyone fall in love with her.One day in Echo's home in the woods, a young boy named Narcissus was lost in the same woods she is living in but she was unaware of his presence.At the same time he entered the woods,Echo saw Zeus flirting with a river nymph.A few seconds later Hera arrived asking Echo is her husband was recently here,Echo lied to Hera and told her that Zeus was looking for her then went back to Olympus,Hera believed her and went back to Olympus.Zeus thanked Echo for not telling Hera what he was doing so he gave her one of his fancy blue sapphire ring,Zeus later left her but Hera was coming back to see Echo.Hera sees Echo wearing her husbands ring and puts a curse on Echo so that she would repeat the last words she heard.Echo prayed to Aphrodite to help her,and she did,she made Echo invisible and said she seek revenge for the person who hurt her.She also cursed that person by making sure that the person they fell in love with would never return the love back.After that Echo went back home but she ran into Narcissus (her future love of her life).Narcissus asked Echo for help but she kept repeating his last words.After her rejection, the prayer of Echo became true.Narcissus sat down near a puddle of water and saw his own reflection,he fell in love with his own reflection as Echo repeated his last words till the day he died. |

Orpheus |
Orpheus was the son of the Thracian King.He grew up to be a very great poet and musician,everyone loved to hear him play his famous songs and hear his poems but one person really loved being around Orpheus,her name was Eurydice.Eurydice has followed Orpheus since the first day he has been playing his songs to the people and animals,she wanted to be by his side either as his wife or personal slave.Orpheus married Eurydice and lived together,after he married her Orpheus rarely left his home and everyone started to believe he was either killed or has been captured and taken as a slave for a witch.Young Artisteus King of Athens was called by the people to go find Orpheus and rescue him from the "witch"(Eurydice).Artisteus found Orpheus in his new home,he waited and waited for Orpheus to come out so he could get him far away from there but Eurydice came out instead.Artisteus chased her through the woods and after a few minutes of chasing her,Eurydice fell into a sleeping nest of snakes and got bitten multiple times causing her to die.Artisteus left her to die and her husband Orpheus found her dead pale body.Orpheus knew he had to travel all the way to Tartarus to get her back,when he was close to the gate of Tartarus he meet a Charon who forbade him from passing,Orpheus played a song for the Charon which reminded him of himself back when he was alive so he let Orpheus pass.At the gates of Tartarus,Orpheus meet the keep of the gates, A gigantic 3 headed dog named Cerberus.Orpheus played a song for Cerberus causning him to fall asleep.After walking pasted the gate,Orpheus walked straight to Hades(Ruler of Tartarus) and tried to use his excelent song technquies to persade Hades for a favor,instead he made his wife (Persephone) cry.Hades was somewaht impressed and asked Orpheus what he wanted.He told him he wnated his wife back but Hades gave him a challenge for him to complete,he will give him back his wife if he does not look back at Tartarus while leaving,if he does he will forever never get to see his wie ever again.He failed his challenge beacause he turned back and saw his wife one last time before she turned into dust.Orpherus is now forever heart broken. |

Theseus |
Theseus was a young boy who was made fun of for being short and weak.He hated the fact that he was short and always wanted to be tall but his small height will be very usefull later on in his life.While at the beach crying, a seagull appeared telling Theseus many secerets about himself,his father and the secert to defeat taller and stronger men.The next day he tried out his new found knowledge and started to defeated every single boy there was in his village.More and more boys tried to beat Theseus but all of them failed.Then Thesues went back to the beach and meet the seagull again,he told him that his father wil send a large stone with a sword stuck in it,he also told him to travel to the city of Athens by land not sea.Theseus said goodbye to his mother and went to the city of Athens.He fought very dangerous giants on the way but he defeated them with ease.Much much later Theseus had traveled all the way to the neigbor city of Crete to meet the king who has been asking his father to get tributes for the minotaur but instead became a tribute.He meet the king's daughter Adridne,she told him the way to find the minotaur but he would only tell him if he promised her to take her to the city of Athens after he kills the Minotaur,he promised her and went to slay the Minotaur.After succesfully killing the Minotaur, Thesues |

Midas |
King Midas was a very greedy king who loved gold more than he loved himself and his own daughter.He hated the god Apollo because he "had" so much things made out of gold and every day King Midas would say hateful things about him.So one day Apollo came down from Olympus and told Midas he grant him any wish.Midas asked him he wanted to be able to turn anything he touches into pure gold.Apollo granted his wish and Midas went on a turning things into gold spree.He accidentally touched his own daughter turning her into gold, MIdas begged for mercy to Apollo so that he can get his beautiful duaghter back,Apollo agreeded to his please of sarrow but it came at at price,Midas' ears are now donkey ears.He was happy that Apollo forgave him and that he got his daughter back.But Midas' personal barber had accidenltally told the towns folk of his ears,Midas didn't kill the man,he sparred his life and Apollo came back and took away his donkey ears since he learned his lesson. |

Persues was the son of princess Danae, the daughter of King Argos.King Argos was afraid of the boy Perseus since his Messanger told him a Prophercey and it states that Danae's son will one day kill the king.King Argos sent his daughter and new born baby Perseus on a boat without anthing that will help them in their journey.Many days later,they arrived to the island of Sephiros with the help of a fisherman named Dictys.Persues grew up on the island for years till he went to go kill the monster Medusa as a offering to the island's king, KIng Polydectes.He succesfully killed the monster Medusa with the help from the gods and some nymphs.He returned home with a new bride named Andromeda,and to his suprise saw his mother about to get married to King Polydectes,he raised up the head of Medusa and everyone turned to stone even his on grand father but not his own mother,and so the Prophecy of King Argos was fulfilled. |

Medusa was a young beautiful girl who lived in Athens.She believed she was the most beautiful woman there is,she even clamied that she is more beautiful than the goddess Athena.Athena heard what Medusa said and got really mad at her.She told Medusa to worry about other things than her beauty because she now took away her beauty and she became a very ugly monster.Athena then sent Medusa to live with the Gorgon sisters at the end of the earth. |
