Are referrals needed to receive PT services.

No, but if we do get a referral, it must be from an MD, DO, chiropractor, dentist, podiatrist within the scope of their practice. PA's and CRNP's can refer under their physician.

What is an unlicensed personnel?
|
They are not allowed to do any patient care by themselves, but they can act as a second set of hands when YOU are working with a pt.
