Action: Flexion of wrist, flexion of MCP and PIP joints
Flexor digitorum profundus
PA: Proximal 3/4 of anterior ulna, interosseus membrane, and deep antebrachial fascia

DA: Anterior aspect of distal phalanges of digits 2-5
Innervation: Median Nerve (2nd and 3rd digits), Ulnar Nerve (4th and 5th digits)

Action: Flexion at PIP, DIP and MCP and Wrist
Flexor pollicis longus
PA: Anterior surface of radius, distal to radial tuberosity

DA: Base of IP joint
Innervation: Median Nerve

Action: Flexion of IP joint, assists in flexion of MCP, CMC and wrist
Pronator Quadratus
PA: Medial, anterior surface of distal 1/4 of ulna

DA: Lateral, anterior surface of distal 1/4 of radius
