Tensor Fascia Latae
O: ASIS and iliac crest.
I: Iliotibial band.
N: Superior gluteal n. (L4, L5).
A: Abducts, internally rotates, and flexes hip. Can assist with knee extension.
Gluteus Maximus
O: Ilium posterior to posterior gluteal line, dorsal surface of sacrum and coccyx, and sacrotuberous ligament.
I: ITB and gluteal tuberosity of femur.

A: Extends and externally rotates hip.
Gluteus Medius
