External Oblique muscle

- innervated by L1 anterior ramus. - attached at T12-L1 vertebrae to pectineal line of the pelvic brim of the iliopubic eminence. |

- innervation: T12-L4 anterior rami - L5 transverse process, iliolumbar ligament & iliac crest to L1-L5 transverse process and rib 12. |

Iliacus

flexes thigh at hip joint.
- innervation: femoral nerve - iliac fossa, sacrum to lesser trochanter of femur. |
