Serves to validate the curriculum materials and determines the effectiveness in attaining course objectives

As a result of a Navy Training Plan, tasking by a higher authority, internal course reviews, local cmd initiatives, external course reviews, surveillance/external feedback, moving location, and training appraisals
Purpose of Phase V
Implement?
Resolves any discrepancies id in the pilot course and implement the course by issuance of the CCA's letter of promulgation.
Purpose of Phase VI Evaluate?
Internal assessment of training methods, materials, and external feedback of performance of graduates in the FLT.
Relationship between JOB, Duty, Task as used in the CTTL.
-Job: made up of duties and taks
-Duty: a collection of duties tha make up a job, must be measureable
-Task: cluster of taks that make up a duty. Must be performed in a short period of time and must be measurable.
Difference between Course Mission Statement and Terminal Objective?
Course mission statement relates to info about the course, whereas the Terminal Objective is concerned with the Trianee behavior.
