ImC PTs may progress to Bacilliary Angiomatosis-(Widespread subcutaneous nodules with vascularization, and red/purple ulcerations and possible bleeding/drainage from site). Dx: Silver Stain, PCR Tx: Normal= Drainage, ImC =Prolonged ABx |
