1st-fill out sheets in AOD folder like this:
Daily Disch- count # of med d/c for the day. Disch. monthly - add # of d/x to prev. day figure pt's remaining =back of G&L pt's treated=(add pt's remain. and disch. month together.THIS NUMBER IS ENTERED INTO VISTA FOR: MED PTS TREATED (MO): XX |
