Dosage

Dosage:

Adult:
 1 mg IV,IO (No more than 2.5 mg over a 2 minute period) Max: 5 mg

Pediatric:
 12-16 same as adult
 6-12 0.025 to 0.5 mg/kg IV/IO up to 0.4 not exceeding 10 mg total.
 6 months – 6: 0.05 to 0.1 mg/kg IV/IO up to 0.6 mg/kg
 6 months and under: 0.05 to 0.1 mg/kg IV/IO
