Antigens that cause allergies due to hypersensitivity

Type 1 Anaphylactic reaction

Allergen is carried to lymph nodes- B cells activated and proliferate into plasma cells - Produced IgE binds to mast cells - allergen attaches to antibody molecules in master cell - mast cell degranulates and releases mediators.
