Engine failure after takeoff above v1, takeoff continued
1. Nose up pitch attitude at rotation- 13-15 degrees desired
2. Landing gear (positive climb)- up
3. Airspeed- Maintain v2
Engine Fire

2. Remain illuminated fire bottle switch- push
Engine failure in landing configuration
1. Thrust (operating engine)- as required
2. Airspeed- Vref
Inadvertent thrust reverser deployment during takeoff below v1 (takeoff aborted)
1. Brakes- apply
2. Thrust- idle
3. Speedbrakes- extend
4. Thrust reversers- both deploy
Inadvertent thrust reverser deployment during takeoff above v1 (takeoff continued)
1. Emergency stow push switch- push

3. Landing gear (positive climb)- up
4. Airspeed- v2 (min)
(Airspeed must remain below 135 until TR is stowed and locked)
If thrust reverser does not stow and lock, then:
5. Thrust lever (affected engine)- cutoff
