Cardiac arrest: 1.0 mg/3-5 minutes (1:10,000). Bradycardia: 2-10 mcg/min. Anaphylaxis: 0.3-0.5 mg SC every 5-15 minutes (1:1000). Croup: 0.05 mL/kg via nebulizer (2.25% racemic epinephrine)
