Place Value
The value given to the space a digit holds because of its place in the numeral.
Decimal
A special kind of fraction that has a power of 10 for a denominator.
Divisor
The number in a division problem by which the dividend in divided; the number used to divide by.
Denominator
The number below the line fraction line. It shows how many equal pieces the whole has been divided into.

The number that is the answer to a division problem, not including the remainder.
Whole Numbers
A positive number without a fraction or decimal part.
Digit
The ten symbols, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
Dividend
The number in division that is being divided.
Estimation
Quick, mental calculations

Positive whole numbers, also counting numbers
Prime Factor
The prime numbers when multiplied will result in the given number.
